This service includes registration of a single Propriety Limited  (Pty Business) within the Republic of South Africa.

How long does it take?

Business registrations take approximately 3-5 working days from receipt of all required information.

Terms and Conditions

• This registration package includes 5 nominated directors. Additional director nominations will be charged for accordingly.
• Reservation includes 1 x submissions of a business name application submissions. Each submission includes 4 name options. Should the nominated names be rejected  or if the client wishes to submit a new set of names then additional re-submission fees may apply.
• We will need copies of all directors ID documents form you in order to complete the registration.
